Terms of Service

These terms are between you and the Vibing Co., which runs Emailgents. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Emailgents for an organization, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

Emailgents connects your mailboxes (Gmail, Microsoft, iCloud and other IMAP providers) and gives AI agents you choose read access through one connection. Features may change as we improve the product; we will give notice before removing anything significant.

• Keep your sign-in, API keys and app passwords safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to access.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

You choose which agents get access and you are responsible for what they do with your mail. Third-party AI assistants have their own terms and privacy practices. You can revoke any agent at any time, and the activity log shows what each one read.

• No access to mailboxes without permission.
• No spam, harassment, fraud or other unlawful use.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service or bypass its limits.
• Follow the terms of the mail providers you connect.

You own your mail and content. You give us permission to process it only to run Emailgents for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, with notice where reasonable.

Emailgents is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that mail providers will always be reachable.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
